BED AND BREAKFAST RESERVATION CONTRACT

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1: This contract is intended for the exclusive use of the
booking of stays in guest rooms approved by
the competent territorial departmental branch on behalf of
the Federation of Gîtes de France.
In no case does the National Federation of Gîtes de France
cannot be held liable in the event of use
of its contracts by third parties or for non-tourist purposes.
The warmest welcome will be reserved for our guests. The owner
undertakes to personally welcome holidaymakers
with all the desired attentions to facilitate
their stay and knowledge of the region.
This contract is written in French and in the event of a dispute only the
French law is enforceable exclusively before the courts
on which the place of performance of the services depends.
Article 2 - duration of stay: the client signing this
contract concluded for a fixed period may not

remaining in the premises.
Article 3 - conclusion of the contract: in the case of a non-cancellable, non-refundable reservation, the reservation becomes
effective as soon as the customer has sent the
owner full payment or guarantee of valid bank card

In case of payment by bank transfer or credit card, ANCV holiday vouchers
exchange fees and all bank charges are the responsibility of the customer (+3% for payment by bank card and ANCV)
Article 4 - cancellation by the customer: Any cancellation must
be notified by letter, fax or telegram addressed to the owner.

A / Cancellation before the start of the stay: if the cancellation
occurs more than 24 hours before the start of the stay,
the deposit remains with the owner. If the cancellation
occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the stay,
the deposit remains acquired by the owner who reserves the right
to claim the balance of the accommodation price.
B / If the customer does not show up before 7 p.m. on
scheduled start date of stay, this contract becomes null and void
and the owner can use his guest rooms.

D/ In the event of cancellation, none of the sums due as provided for in the contract can be refunded . We strongly recommend that our customers take out SAFEBOOKING cancellation insurance when booking on our website.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: When before the
start of the stay, the owner cancels this stay, he must
inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt
receipt or telegram.
The customer, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for
any damages suffered will be reimbursed
immediately of the amounts paid.
He will also receive compensation at least equal to the
penalty that he would have incurred if the cancellation had occurred

Article 6 - arrival: The customer must arrive on the specified day

Article 7 - Payment of the balance: The balance must be paid no later than
arrival at the owner's home in cash or French bank check

Consumption and additional services not
mentioned in this contract will be payable at the end
stay with the owner.
Article 8: Tourist tax: The tourist tax is a tax
local that the customer must pay to the owner who
then pays back to the public treasury. The latter is included in the price of the room
Article 9: Use of the premises: The client must respect
the peaceful nature of the place and use it in accordance with the law
to their destination. He undertakes to return the rooms in good
condition and assume responsibility for repairs in the event of damage
Article 10: Capacity: This contract is established for a
specific number of people. If the number of customers
exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse
additional customers.
This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a
modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the
owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of
customers greater than those refused, no refund
can be considered.
Access to the property is exclusively reserved for people staying at Mas Julien
Article 11: Animals: This contract specifies whether the customer
may or may not stay with an animal

customer, the owner can refuse the animals.
This refusal cannot in any case be considered as a
modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the
owner, so that in the event of the customer leaving, no
reimbursement cannot be considered.
Article 12: Disputes: any claim relating to the condition of the
places must be submitted to the departmental Gîtes branch
from France within three days following the start date of the
stay.
Any other claim relating to a stay must be
addressed by letter, as soon as possible to the branch
departmental office of Gîtes de France, responsible for
make a proposal in favor of an amicable agreement.
In the event of persistent disagreement, disputes may be
submitted to the Quality department of the National Federation of
Gîtes de France which will endeavor to find an agreement
amicable. These provisions do not prejudge any possible
legal actions brought by the customer or the owner.
